On a per-capita basis, India is one of the lowest Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emitters in the world. However, India is highly vulnerable to climate change, and has a strong interest in having a fair and equitable global agreement for minimising the risk of climate change. The main sectors examined in this report are power, transport, industry, buildings and forestry.
